However, this plan does not provide coverage for pre-existing conditions, although you have the flexibility to select your term of coverage from 30 days to 360 days, deductible and coinsurance that fit your budget.
A Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is a lower-cost, high deductible health insurance plan and a savings account with important tax benefits that offers You:
◾Lower premiums than most co-pay plans
◾Savings account you can use for qualified health care expenses or retirement after age 65
◾HSA contributions are 100% tax-deductible from gross income up to IRS limits
Dental Plans offers:
◾Preventative care covered at 100% with NO deductible or waiting period for in-network dentists
◾Basic and Major Services have a $50 calendar-year deductible per person, with a maximum of 3 individual $50 deductibles per family
◾Additional dental procedures are rendered under these plans
Vision Plans offer:
◾Eye exam once every 12 months

What are the types of disability insurance?
There are two types of disability policies: Short-Term Disability (STD) and
Long-Term Disability (LTD):
- Short-Term Disability policies (STD) have a waiting period of 0 to 14
days with a maximum benefit period of no longer than two years.
- Long-Term Disability policies (LTD) have a waiting period of several
weeks to several months with a maximum benefit period ranging from a few
years to the rest of your life.
